Porchlight For Sale

I’ve decided to sell Porchlight, the hosted bug tracking solution I developed. In the past two years since I decided to start up Second Gear my interests have changed.

I like Porchlight and use it everyday, but my outside interests have changed so much that adding features to it and maintaining it is more of a chore than fun for me at this point. I don’t want to be one of those developers that just closes up shop, so I’d like to sell it to a company or other indie developer who is interested in the Web application space.

Porchlight makes a bit of money for me each month, and I think whoever purchased it could easily triple the number of users and revenue by adding 2 features: attachments and inbound email support.

If you’re interested, get in touch with me via email (see the sidebar).
